Crack & Rank Academy shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, legality, or quality. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Crack & Rank Academy operates and controls its Service from its offices in India.
You agree to indemnify and hold Crack & Rank Academy and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the app, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any rights of a third party.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
